Unit 1506 at the Carlyle is now PENDING! Another Sandburg off the market! ONLY ONE UNIT UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS ON MLS!

For those of you without access to MLS, the re-sale of Unit 1506 at the Carlyle has gone PENDING, with an anticipated close date of 7/10/07. 

This 15th floor 1br+den, 1.5 bath unit with 1,114 s.f. (which Luxury Realty, Inc. was not the listing or selling broker for, by the way) had a partially obstructed view due to an adjacent apartment building.  Yet it still went pending!  The list price on the unit was $399,900!
