Metro home sales UP in May

For the first time in several years, the inventory of homes on the market in the Twin Cities Metro area declined year-over-year.  Good summary here.

Many believe that this signals the bottoming out of the buyer's market.

That means that NOW is the time to buy.  It also means that if you've been holding off selling, it'd be a good time to list it.
